How do I track my order?

Express Delivery:
You will receive an email upon dispatch which includes a link to track your order. Please be aware that there may be a delay between this email and your order being available for tracking.

I am missing items from my order. What can I do?
Please check the inner contents of all parcels received as some smaller items may be packed inside cartons belonging to larger items.

From time to time orders will be delivered on different consignments and may be delivered at a later date. Please check your dispatch email to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. You will not be charged any additional postage costs.

If the dispatch note says an item should be in your parcel but it is not, please contact us and we will investigate.

My parcel is shown as having been delivered but I have not received it.
If our courier was unable to deliver to your address, they may have delivered the order to one of your neighbours or left your order in a safe place. A calling card will be left at your property and your tracking will have updated to advise the location of your order. Your tracking will also have updated.

Our eGift Card is emailed and available to use without delay once received. No waiting, no delivery charges. eGift Cards can be used to buy instore and online.

For orders placed during normal working hours, you will receive your eGift Card instantly. For orders placed outside normal working hours, your eGift Card may not be sent to you until the following day.
