Location: Keighley, West Yorkshire (On-site)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am – 3pm

The Role:

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers – parents, grandparents and gift-givers – helping them with queries, resolving issues and ensuring every experience with PoundFun is a positive one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer enquiries via live chat, email, and telephone

• Providing helpful, friendly and efficient support to customers who’ve purchased or are interested in our toys

• Resolving order queries, delivery questions and product concerns promptly and professionally

• Keeping a positive, can-do attitude – even when things go wrong

• Recording and escalating any issues or feedback to the wider team when necessary

• Supporting the wider customer service team during busy periods or promotions

What We’re Looking For:

• Confident and clear communication skills – written and verbal

• A genuine desire to help people and solve problems

• Friendly, calm and patient under pressure

• Good attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Previous customer service experience (retail, call centre or online preferred)

• Comfortable using basic computer systems and email platforms

• Knowledge of toys or working with families/children is a bonus!
